During Black History Month, Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco (BGCSF) is dedicated to amplifying the voices, experiences, and perspectives of our Club members, staff, and communities. Throughout February, our Clubs across the City honored the legacies and contributions of Black leaders—both historical and contemporary—through celebrations and learning programming

As part of our ongoing commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging, and   fostering meaningful dialogue, we engaged with youth and staff across the organization to hear what Black History Month means to them, why it is important, and how it shows up in the Club experience.
